Most recruiters search the same pool. TalentLab built a different one: engineers profiled from GitHub, published research, and patent filings, not just LinkedIn. A significant portion of the pool would be invisible in any keyword search — they are only visible because TalentLab reads the evidence trail, not just the CV.
That is why I send fewer candidates — but better ones. Every shortlist is drawn from pre-scored profiles. The work of evaluating what someone actually built happens before the first conversation, not during it.

A fixed monthly engagement. I work your active roles continuously, handle all candidate outreach, and keep your pipeline moving. A 10% placement fee applies when a role is filled. We take on a small number of clients so every engagement gets the full focus of the platform.
